What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and e-checks via PayPal, and regular checks, money orders western union, and cash.
How long will it take for my new account to be activated? Accounts which are paid using PayPal are generally setup the same day payment is received. Account setup will take no longer than 24 hours maximum. Accounts paid via check or money order are setup the same day payment arrives via the postal mail.
What operating system do you run?
We run the FreeBSD operating system on all of our servers which is the most stable of the unix variants.
What kind of internet connection do have?
Our servers are connected to AboveNet’s fiber optic IP network via 100 Mbps fast ethernet links. AboveNet utilizes OC-192 down to OC-3 technology with over 300 peering arrangements to insure that our IP traffic finds the best path to its destination on the internet.

Do you offer domain registration services?
Yes, we offer domain registration for $17.00 per year for .com/.net/.org domains. See our domain registration page for more details by clicking here.
How long will it take for my domain to be transfered?
After you request your domain be transfered to our name servers your domain should be working on our name servers within 24 hours.
How do I upload files to my web site?
You can connect to our server to upload files via FTP or secure FTP. Upon connecting to our server you will see a “www” directory in your account. All files must be uploaded inside that directory for them to show up on your web site.
